In 2004, I started martial arts training with my sons, in the first 4 months of that training, I regularly blogged and put it online.  This blog turned into Monthly, then to noteworthy.  

I am currently employed by Martial Arts for Life llp as an Instructor and I love teaching children how to get their martial arts right for them!
